4/21/2011 — Manchester Georgia “Scalar Square” and VERY ODD ring over North Florida

Manchester Georgia, Leesville Louisiana, Ridgeland Mississippi, Mobile Alabama, and Tallahassee Florida, — within 24-48 hours AFTER this current set of storms blows through.. be prepared for severe weather up to and including tornadoes. This is due to a ‘Scalar Square’ appearing over your area with your town as the epicenter. I base this warning on the appearing of what I call “HAARP VLF UHF rings” to the west. Several large rings have appeared as far west as Leesville Louisiana, eastward to Ridgeland Mississippi, Mobile Alabama, and a VERY ODD large set of rings.. one of which I can make the center to be Tallahassee Florida.. the other large odd ring.. I cannot figure out the epicenter.. Add all this together.. the scalar square, the moderate mid sized HAARP VLF rings, and this VERY ODD “skinny ring” from Florida… Leads me to issue the warning that within 24-48 hours AFTER THIS STORM blows through.. there will be additional Sever weather hitting the above named towns DIRECTLY with the most severe parts of the storms that have not formed yet. peace to one another dutchsinse FAIR USE NOTICE: These Videos may contain copyrighted (© ) material the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. Rings and Squares are nothing but radar echos and the zoom in and out of blocks of land… but on a strange note 5 days later Manchester, GA was hit by a tornado …

The ring on the florida panhandle looks like it is centered from EGlin AIRFORCE BASE, near tallahassee, which is also a minumun securiy prison, which keeps the public out.

quote from a blog : Wow!, never experienced anything like this. Last night start about 10:30 Tulsa. broke the 1 day rainfall record at 3.66 inches, numerous water rescues in north-east OK & north-west Arkansas. Too many flash-flooded areas to count & some large creek & main-stem flooding. Our 1 day Sunday total was just a hair over ½ foot of rain. For the weekend we’re at about 7.8”. . This was a 1.5 county wide swath started raining in the morning & was essentially non-stop for 15 hours

Interesting the the double ring signature appears to center on Thomasville, GA. Adjacent to the State mental hospital is the FEMA staging area for the southeast, complete with razor wire fencing and armed guards, no insignia and …. very little above ground structures. hmmmmmmm …. could there be a connection ?

@magis00 A mosaic is a graphic image of data, not a live camera shot. Weather does not happen in perfect circles or squares. The displayed mosaic anomolies can be explained by missing or corrupted data. If a square section of the mosaic is programmed to come from a particular station(s) in the grid, and that station(s) doesn’t report (ex: power blink in a storm) then that square disappears from display. Re-established data transmission after an outage can explain the ‘instant’ storm phenomena.

Yours is exactly the debate I am having with my family and friends. Radar reporting phenomenon? Or is UHF/VLF crossing through the radar spectrum momentarily for independent rings, and on purpose and for a sustained period of time when we see rings intersecting inside a cell?

That’s my current hangup. Would love to hear your thoughts my friends.

Agreeance — I see correlation and I know Dutch has made right-on predictions several times, but agree that the theory is vulnerable from the standpoint of rendering the images. The overlapping curved lines within the cells could be radar-related, rather than HAARP-related … but the independent and often concentric rings look awfully fishy to me. And the “more rainfall at NEXrad locations” correlation supports the theory, too. Interested to hear how your thinking progresses!

i live dead in nowhere georgia. and between the towns manchester and thomaston there is a huge huge huge satellite in the middle of nowhere.there was no bad weather in this area 24 – 48 hrs after you spotted this… but, i have my theories on that as well. I am here and I have protection. my sound self centered, but i am completely serious!! i live in thomaston and work in manchester.

Goto 1:40 minute on this vid and look at the NW ring you notice – if you can pull up that vid, it looks like St. Louis might be the center of that ring.

It’s hard to judge by looking at this as we (or I) are unaware of how the radars retrieve and, more specifically, render the information that we see. The linear structures seen (square like) could easily be glitches in the rendering. The rings however are more interesting to me. Still, though, I’m unable to draw solid conclusions without precisely knowing the radars workings. This is good thought, however it is very vulnerable thinking if you put full trust into what the radar is displaying.

@chevybabe99 I think I was getting mixed up, the storms seemed to be in the same area but its several days away and he had said there would be storms sooner than that.

@rachaeldmoses Thanks for the post. Severe weather expert is forecasting tornados in the hundred’s for next week over 4 days. How does this coiniode with the HAARP rings?

i will have actual footage of the storms so we can compare the RADAR anomalies with actual footage of cloud formations etc. cheers btw the odd ring is something i hope it isn’t. cyclone tech in the gulf?

An Insane Outbreak of Severe Weather Next Week.
Go to accuweather blog and see what this meteorologist is predicting for the 25th-28th in the areas your talking about. His name is Henry Margusity a severe weather expert. Its gonna be a huge storm. Hes expecting 100-200 tornadoes over a 4 day period. It looks like your gonna be right again Dutch.

I live in Georgia, north of Atlanta. This is the worst thunderstorm that I have ever witnessed (not including tornadic storms) in the 35+ years I have lived in this state.

@joeczapski Anyone who uses “medication” as an insult must be a disinfo agent! I mean, how long have they been using disinfo against “medication”? Go away. You are sad and don’t belong here.
